Regular foot traffic can really wear out a concrete or terrazzo floor. Dust and dirt particles dragged along underfoot are equivalent in roughness to nearly a 100 to 200 grit! Regular floor maintenance is critical in keeping the floor looking its best. When the floor starts to show signs of traffic wear, our PolyPads can bring back the original gloss.

UNIQUE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Our 50+ years of experience manufacturing diamond tools led to a unique manufacturing process that insures longer wear and higher

performance than competitive systems on the market. Diamonds penetrate into the pad and are adhered to individual fibers as opposed to coated on top. The diamond grit is evenly distributed and highly concentrated where you need it most. THE ULTIMATE IN VERSATILITY

The PolyPad may be run wet or dry depending on your needs. Available in 400, 800, 1500, 3000 and 6000 in sizes to fit all floor machines, auto scrubbers and hand tools. Grit size is clearly identified on the backside of each pad so it does not remains visible.

Wear dot indicator

Unlike most pads on the market, our PolyPads have surface wear dots on the working face of the pad. The wear dots indicate the proper time to replace the pad. The wear dots guarantee the most productive life for your pads.
