We diamond electroplate and Borazon electroplate a wide variety of complex wheels and steel forms for a vast array of industries and applications.  For electroplating coating services simply send us your steel blanks or preforms and we will coat the tool to your specifications.

What is Diamond Electroplating?

Diamond electroplated tools use hydrolysis to tack diamonds to the tool surface and strengthen the hold with nickel. The result is a highly concentrated single layer of exposed diamond on the working surface, making these tools direct, aggressive and ideal for cutting and grinding applications.
