Strip & Replate Service

We diamond electroplate and CBN (cubic boron nitride) electroplate a wide variety of complex wheels and steel forms for a vast array of industries and applications.  For strip & replate services simply send us your used grinding wheels and we will remove the old coating and electroplate to your specifications.

• Available in Borazon from 60-120 grit
• Maximum diameter of 32" (800mm)

What is Diamond Electroplating?

Diamond electroplated tools use hydrolysis to tack diamonds to the tool surface and strengthen the hold with nickel. The result is a highly concentrated single layer of exposed diamond on the working surface, making these tools direct, aggressive and ideal for cutting and grinding applications.
